Responsibilities: Manage the process of LTL & FTL business (Quoting, Dispatching, Tracking, and Billing). Provide exceptional customer service while building relationships with new and existing customers. Manage all inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Administer and create files with all booking necessary information (Purchase Order, Booking, Container Size, Temperature, Sail Date, etc.). Shipping Associate – Chocolate Factory Location: Jacksonville We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our chocolate production team. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders while ensuring accuracy, quality, and food safety standards are maintained in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
