The Boom Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. *Duties* * Operate concrete boom equipment safely and efficiently during construction and operations. * Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow on-site. * Conduct routine inspections of boom equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety regulations. * Maintain accurate records of materials handled, including delivery logs and inspection reports. * Assist with the maintenance of equipment and perform daily cleaning of equipment. * Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties. * Assist with other equipment operations as needed, including line concrete pumps as needed. *Qualifications* * Proven experience operating concrete boom equipment. * Clean and Valid commercial driver's license (CDL). * Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with pumping concrete. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. * MUST pass a pre-employment and random drug screening. * MUST be dependable. * MUST be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed.
