ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a temporary assignment to lead warehouse and logistics operations in Jacksonville, Florida or Conroe, Texas. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse activities, lead a team of logistics and material handlers, and ensure the efficient receiving, storage, staging, and distribution of high-value equipment (servers, networking gear, power and cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure). You will drive safety, accuracy, productivity, and process improvements in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This is a temporary position ideal for a strong leader with warehouse supervision experience who can quickly establish operational excellence and support aggressive project timelines. PT Outbound Freight Handler

As a PT Outbound Freight Handler, you will load and unload freight onto and off of equipment, as well as assist in the recouping of damaged freight. Prepare, sweep, inspect and cleans trailer(s) before loading freight. Use safe lifting techniques to properly load and unload freight. Select and use proper freight handling equipment to load and unload freight. Such equipment may include forklifts with appropriate hardware, hand trucks, drum trucks, pallet jacks, rollers, and any other available equipment to move, load, arrange, rearrange, and unload freight. Weigh and dimension shipments to ensure proper classification, freight rating, and safe handling. Plan cube utilization and proper weight distribution when loading freight. Count and inspect the condition of freight, documenting any shortages or damage. Review freight bills for special instructions. Check manifests for existing exceptions and check the label and the destination code on manifests against freight bills. Check for special instructions, weight distributions on headloads, and check headloads against the freight bills when loading freight. Verify the hazardous material product description, determine any discrepancies in the paperwork, and verify proper placarding when loading hazardous material. Properly block and brace freight to prevent shifting during transport. For this role, we prefer you have a High School Diploma or GED. You must have the ability to satisfactorily pass a background check and an alcohol and drug test. *Shipping Representative- Jacksonville, FL 32246* Onsite Monday - Friday , $17.00 Job Summary The *Shipping Representative *is responsible for accurately preparing, packaging, and shipping domestic and international orders while ensuring products are protected during transit and shipped in accordance with company and customer requirements. This role verifies shipment accuracy, maintains shipping records, coordinates with carriers, and supports a safe, organized, and efficient shipping operation. Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities * Prepare, package, and secure products to prevent damage during shipment. * Verify outgoing shipments by comparing contents against packing slips, manifests, invoices, and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy. * Process and document shipment information, including tracking numbers, in SAP. * Coordinate with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) to schedule pickups and ensure timely delivery. * Prepare international shipments, including customs documentation, in compliance with applicable regulations. * Process hazardous material (HazMat), domestic, international, daily, and weekly shipments in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. * Utilize SAP and Salesforce to process shipments, print shipping documentation, and reference RMA (Return Material Authorization) and RGA (Return Goods Authorization) information. * Receive inbound shipments and verify contents against purchase orders, RMAs, and RGAs. * Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality. * Assist with product sterilization activities and collaborate with the Decontamination team to ensure products are properly processed before shipment. * Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. * Monitor shipping supply inventory and order replenishment supplies as needed. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shipping and work area. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping processes and operational efficiency. * Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsEducation * High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience * Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, distribution, or a related environment preferred. * Experience with domestic and international shipping processes preferred. * Experience working with courier services such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Experience using SAP preferred but not required. * Experience with Salesforce is a plus. * Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs requirements, and carrier procedures. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to lift and move packages in accordance with company safety guidelines.
