Lead the Team. Own the Operation. DL Cabinetry is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead the daily operations of our Jacksonville warehouse. This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor or manager who enjoys being close to the operation, developing employees, solving problems, and creating a safe, organized, high-performing warehouse. We're looking for someone who can set expectations, hold people accountable, and still work alongside the team when needed. What You'll Be Responsible For * Lead and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, staging, loading, transfers, and customer pickups. * Supervise, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees. * Set clear expectations for safety, productivity, accuracy, attendance, and workplace standards. * Ensure customer and transfer orders are completed accurately and on time. * Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation. * Monitor product handling and warehouse organization to reduce damage, errors, and rework. * Ensure forklifts and other warehouse equipment are operated safely and only by trained and authorized employees. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. * Identify workflow issues and implement practical improvements. * Coordinate closely with sales, management, delivery, and other departments to support customer needs and daily priorities. * Address employee performance and operational issues promptly and professionally. What We're Looking For * 3+ years of warehouse leadership, supervisory, or management experience. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and hold employees accountable. * Hands-on knowledge of receiving, picking, loading, inventory control, and warehouse organization. * Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices and OSHA requirements. * Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment, with the ability to complete required company certification and authorization. * Comfortable learning and using warehouse and inventory-management systems. * Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced operation. * Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus. Physical Requirements This is a hands-on warehouse leadership position. The Warehouse Manager must be able to: * Regularly stand and walk throughout the warehouse. * Bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout warehouse and loading areas. * Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or position warehouse materials weighing up to 50 pounds independently. * Use team assistance or approved material-handling equipment for heavier, oversized, or awkward items. * Safely work around forklifts, pallet jacks, loading areas, and other warehouse equipment.
