Summary Objective The Manufacturing Logistics Team ensures the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of materials and products within the manufacturing environment. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify areas for improvement. Confirm all quality checks and milestone dates with QA/QC and receiving. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to identify safer and more efficient production methods. Manage crew material issuance and consumable usage. Manage material usage and consumable tracking, ensuring efficient production processes. Confirm the finalization and timely submission of all crew-associated Quality Documents. Safety and Tool Management Implement and monitor shop safety protocols, conducting safety meetings and ensuring compliance with MSDS requirements.
