Review subcontractor payroll sheets for accuracy, ensuring that all payment details are correct. Communicate with subcontractors and colleagues to resolve any work order issues. Research issues related to work order chargebacks and warranties. Utilize your in-depth knowledge of our products and services to satisfy customers and retain business. Interact seamlessly with other Real Floors employees in various roles and functions, including sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, billing, and quality assurance, to provide a positive customer experience. Be willing to perform additional duties as necessary to support the team and company goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Preferred 2+ years of experience in providing phone-based customer support. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks while engaging in phone conversations. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized individual with a keen eye for accuracy. Proactive in identifying, researching, and resolving problems as they arise. Takes initiative to solve issues and assist others when needed.
