System Integration Engineer – Project Senior Consultant Managed Services

Perform end-to-end testing (unit/integrated/regression/cutover), validate message content and downstream behavior, and support go-lives. Monitor interface health: queues, message traceability, alerts, dashboards; create and maintain runbooks/SOPs and operational documentation. Lead/participate in incident triage and root-cause analysis (RCA) across upstream/downstream systems; implement fixes and preventive controls.
