Recommend AI-enabled solutions, workflow improvements, and best practices that improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall client experience. Partner with Client Advocates, Relationship Managers, and Implementation teams to identify strategic consulting opportunities for existing clients. Deliver presentations, demonstrations, and consultative recommendations to clients on emerging technologies and automation capabilities. AI & Automation Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows across both client environments and internal Client Experience teams. Design, build, test, and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions using modern automation platforms and low-code/no-code technologies. Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies that improve productivity, operational efficiency, and the client experience. Develop reusable automation solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients and internal teams. Business Process Improvement Analyze client and internal workflows to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and continuous improvement. Field/Base Communications Network Engineer

Description More About the Role: Leidos currently has an opening on the ‘Service Management, Integration and Transport’ (SMIT) Contract for a Field/Base Network Engineer position. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the SMIT mission. SMIT is the largest IT services program for the Navy. Under SMIT, the Leidos team will deliver the core backbone of the Navy-Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), including cybersecurity services, network operations, service desk, and data transport. Ultimately, Leidos will support the Navy in unifying its shore-based networks and data management to improve capability and service while also saving significant dollars by focusing efforts under one enterprise network. This position requires someone with extensive Operations/Engineering Leadership experience, preferably someone with a previous Network/Transport technical background and working knowledge of a large DOD Enterprise Network Environment. Manage a large technical team virtually, interact directly with and manage the Customer relationship. Manage key resources supporting Incident Response, Change Management, Problem Management, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), project sustainment and other ITSM and DevSecOps initiatives. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $102,500 to $210,600.
