Primary Responsibilities: The Accounts Receivable Analyst will monitor the aging of customer receivables and pro-actively takes corrective action to resolve open accounts receivable balances in a timely manner. Establishes credibility within the organization and will be decisive while recognizing and supporting the organization’s priorities. All accountabilities are to be fulfilled in a manner consistent with the Company Mission and Values. Essential Functions: Responsible for the creation and management of a resolution process. Establish and maintain account reconciliations using an analytical approach. Accomplish monthly team productivity goals and currency objectives. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining a portfolio of accounts, including but not limited to customer calls, resolution process development, account adjustments, reconciliations and monthly reporting. Analyze large amounts of data and present analysis effectively. Requires broad conceptual judgment, initiative, and ability to deal with complex AR aging. Works directly with customers regarding delinquent payments, investigates discrepancies and makes recommendations for resolution of discrepancies and customer deductions. Provides professional service with regard to sensitive issues, effectively answering questions and resolving both internal and external customer concerns. Makes recommendations for collections efforts and escalates issues with customer accounts to Accounting and Sales Management; follows up in a timely manner. Holds monthly conference calls and communicates effectively with Sales Management regarding status of customer accounts. Review collection techniques and provide feedback to management. Knowledge of collection procedures, policies and standards are essential. Knowledge of General Accounting Principles and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data. Be involved with or lead special projects as time or capabilities allow. Position Summary: The Fabrication Data Analyst plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across the Sheet Metal, Busbar, and Powder Coating operations. This role owns the collection, analysis, and visualization of fabrication performance data, including OEE, utilization, scrap, labor efficiency, and capacity. The analyst partners closely with the Director of Fabrication, Operations Managers, and the Fabrication Engineering team to support process implementation, standardization, and control. This role ensures that MES and OEE data are translated into timely, actionable insights that drive throughput, cost reduction, and continuous improvement. Reports to Director of Operations. Key Responsibilities: Collect, clean, validate, and analyze fabrication data from OEE, MES, ERP (SyteLine), and manual sources to generate accurate performance insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, providing daily, weekly, and monthly visibility into production performance. Monitor and evaluate KPIs including OEE, utilization, scrap, throughput, labor efficiency, capacity, and schedule attainment. Support the Fabrication Engineering Manager and Operations Managers in identifying bottlenecks, trends, and systemic issues. Provide detailed root-cause data analysis for downtime, quality issues, delays, or process instability. Participate in process implementation and process control activities, including validation of standard work, cycle times, routings, load balancing, and line balancing. Assist with configuration and optimization of MES and OEE systems to ensure accurate data capture and alignment with real workflows. Support the rollout of new process standards, automation cells, and engineering changes by providing required data analysis and control tools. Collaborate with Planning on capacity modeling, production forecasting, and scenario simulations for load balancing across buildings. Create automated reporting systems and alert mechanisms to flag performance risks to Operations Managers and the Director of Fabrication. Contribute to continuous improvement projects, supporting CI teams with data modeling, statistical analysis, and project tracking. Ensure data integrity, documentation consistency, and alignment with company-wide reporting standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field. 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing analytics, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or similar role. Strong experience with ERP systems (Infor SyteLine preferred). Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and data visualization tools. Strong skills in SQL, data manipulation, and database structures are an asset. Understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably in metal fabrication (sheet metal, busbar, powder coating). Job Summary The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the sustainment of the IEM Business System (IEM360) through collecting, organizing, and maintaining enterprise data. Key Responsibilities Collect and input operational data into databases or spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Support lean manufacturing initiatives through data management including cycle times studies, line balancing, machine performance, material usage, downtime, and product output. Maintain and update operation logs, records, and databases with the most current information. Assist operations by providing up to date data on production performance, maintenance logs, machine status, and work orders. Generate basic reports and summaries for a variety of teams, supervisors, and management to support daily operational decisions. Assist in the analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, or inconsistencies that could negatively impact operations. Work with leads and supervisors to ensure all data is captured accurately and reported in a timely manner. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence leaders through data storytelling. Help maintain data integrity by identifying and correcting any errors in the data collection process. Perform data entry and reporting tasks using ERP systems, production software, or Microsoft Excel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical or business field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational excellence, business analytics, engineering, or a related environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, root causes, and improvement opportunities. Strong data management and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. Ability to translate data into clear recommendations and communicate insights effectively to employees and leaders at all levels. Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor preferred), business data systems, and reporting or visualization tools.
