Senior Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst provides guidance and support to the Leaders and HR Business Partners for all compensation related activities. Create and maintain current salary structure for entire company to include geographical differentials. Leads various compensation processes such as merit, minimum wage, sales incentives, annual bonus, and other compensation related programs. Ongoing auditing of base salary issues as it applies to external market, internal equity, and salary guideline compliance. Reviews and approves compensation exceptions per the Compensation guidelines. Conduct reviews and recommends actions based on the Fair Labor Standards Act and state required compensation regulations Performs advanced compensation analysis with recommendations to identify trends, creates dashboards and other requests Leads incentive and commission plan design and implementation as required. Develops compensation communications and training materials to support various programs and changes Partners with other analysts in the identification and implementation of process enhancements and developing new applications or upgrades for compensation systems and tools. This requires documenting business requirements, advising on process, testing systems, and updating data structures Assesses the impact of compensation changes as they affect budgets and revenue. Recommends options regarding program design, costs and including alternative approaches.
