This assistant will work directly with Dr. Robert Weaver and Dr. Patrick Weaver, supporting them in all pediatric procedures, and ensuring every patient has a positive, comfortable experience. *Key Responsibilities* * Assist chairside during pediatric procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments. * Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilization processes. * Support patients and families to create a child-friendly, welcoming experience. * Follow infection control, safety protocols, and office policies. * Participate in ongoing training and development to expand skills and knowledge. *Qualifications* * Prior dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates with strong potential and eagerness to learn are welcome. * Confident in a very fast-paced environment and receptive to feedback. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families. * Professional, reliable, and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude. *How to Apply* Please submit your resume highlighting your experience and interest in pediatric dental assisting.
