Because We Offer Our Employees: * Daily Pay – Work today, get paid today! * Health Insurance * Dental Vision Insurance * Paid Time Off Holiday Pay * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Flexible Scheduling * Direct Deposit * Opportunities for Overtime * Doctegrity – 24/7 telemedicine access for employees and families * Wonderschool – Support for child care and early education options * Panda Perks Benefits – Financial wellness tools, employee discounts, and more * Comfortable Staffing Ratios * A Supportive Team Environment – where everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and compassion Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include: * Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents * Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians * Medication administration * Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies * Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes * Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy * Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment. * Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitative care. * Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident. * According to state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response. * In accordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations. * Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements. * Maintains knowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc. * Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS: * LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State or Multistate License * CPR Certification required * Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
