Key Responsibilities * Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines. * Monitor sterilization equipment and maintain required logs and documentation. * Organize and maintain instrument inventory and supply levels. * Assist with operatory turnover to support efficient patient flow throughout the day. * Ensure treatment rooms and sterilization areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked. * Follow all infection control, safety, and office protocols. * Support dental assistant team members as needed to maintain workflow and efficiency. Qualifications * Previous dental sterilization, dental assisting, or clinical experience preferred. * Strong understanding of infection control procedures and attention to detail. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. * Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
