Responsibilities - Leading SAP supply chain and operations consulting projects to optimize client processes and improve operational efficiency - Analyzing client needs and implementing SAP software solutions for seamless integration and utilization - Providing training and support to clients for effective use of SAP supply chain management applications - Developing strategies for procurement system implementation and cost management to enhance client operations - Utilizing data-driven insights and analytical thinking to drive supply chain transformation and performance improvements - Coordinating supply chain processes and managing inventory to reduce lead times and improve service delivery - Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations - Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders - Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning to resolve challenges - Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 6 years of experience What Sets You Apart - Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study:Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Engineering, Operations/Supply Chain, Science - Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Supply Chain Management - Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making - Leading complex supply chain transformation projects - Excelling in project resource management and budgeting - Innovating processes for operational excellence - Building and sustaining diverse, inclusive high-performing teams The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
