Adhere to maritime safety protocols, pollution prevention regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe and compliant engine room environment. Duties/Responsibilities: Regularly reviewing and monitoring compliance with safe work systems and maintenance procedures, including reviewing and rationalizing PM procedures and evaluating and optimizing maintenance routines along with other onboard personnel and onshore support staff. Owning various equipment systems and ensuring robust preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and spare parts are in SAP Blueprint. Support monitoring, surveillance, and optimization of key process and utility systems. Supporting operators in surveillance of critical equipment to process systems. Sampling and checking that controlled discharges from the area of responsibility to the environment are within prescribed limits.
