What You'll Do: Complete all required safety and compliance learning modules on a timely basis and complete medical testing in a timely manner. Safely operate a fleet vehicle ranging in size from a cargo van to a 26,000 pound truck. Lift and carry up to 65 pounds using appropriate processes and safety procedures. Lead and conduct training on Baxter portfolio products and services at the service center, territory, and area levels. Perform complex repairs on medical products beyond simple and minor cosmetic repairs or component replacements. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance procedures on various medical products, including pre-installation maintenance, and modification procedures. Visually, audibly, and manually inspect Baxter products for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or cosmetic problems requiring adjustment or repair. Coordinate daily work assignments, oversee and engage in field and warehouse activities, and manage accurate on-site inventory.
