Additional Information PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS, including, but not limited to the following: Standing Most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile "bricks" with linoleum in some food process areas. Height of work surfaces is between 36" and 48". Walking · For short distances for short durations · Delivery personnel must travel between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location. Sitting Paperwork is normally completed in an office at a desk or table Lifting · Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck. · Deliveries may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds with dimensions of up to 3' x 1.5'. · Cases are usually lifted from floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72" high. Carrying · Large cans, weighing 3 pounds, 7 ounces, are carried from the workstation to storage shelves. · Occasionally, pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds is carried from the storage room to the front of the store. · Trays of pizza dough are carried three at a time over short distances, and weigh approximately 12 pounds per tray. · During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while performing "walking" and "climbing" duties. Pushing · To move trays which are placed on dollies. · A stack of trays on a dolly is approximately 24" - 30" and requires a force of up to 7.5 pounds to push. · Trays may also be pulled. Climbing · Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. · During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending · Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. · Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. · Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. · Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching · Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. · Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. · Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. · Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Driving · Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area. A Team Member may make several deliveries per shift. Hand Tasks · Eye-hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day. · Frequently activities require use of one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists. · Workers must manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, and when using the rolling cutter. · Frequent and/or forceful pinching is required in the assembly of cardboard pizza boxes. · Team Members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter and pizza peel, and pizza boxes. Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel. As an Electromechanical Field Service Technician, you will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs—including vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, and electrical testing—while also leading field crews, ensuring job safety, and representing IPS in a professional manner. This is a hands-on, decision-making role that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership in the field. Represent IPS in a knowledgeable and professional manner, maintaining strong customer relationships. Conduct motor removal, installation, troubleshooting, and repair for AC/DC motors in industrial and mining environments. Assist with proposals, job walks, and defining work scopes for customer projects (preventive maintenance, reliability, motor change-outs, testing, etc.). Utilize test equipment such as Megger®, PdMA MCE, Multimeter, DLRO, and other diagnostic tools. Perform DC motor/generator commutator inspections, including evaluation of commutator condition, brush holders, brush wear, and mica depth. Clean electro-mechanical equipment using methods such as bead blasting, ice blasting, and solvent cleaning. Prepare detailed service and technical reports with findings and recommendations. Think creatively and problem-solve in challenging environments to minimize customer downtime. Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects safely and effectively. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and IPS Engineering to overcome advanced failures and repairs. Qualifications and Competencies: 4+ years of hands-on AC/DC motor service experience (mining, dragline, or heavy industrial environment preferred). PdMA testing experience or equivalent diagnostic equipment (preferred). Vibration Analysis ISO CAT II certification (preferred). Strong skills in vibration analysis, alignment, and bearing inspections. Proven ability to lead teams and train technicians in the field. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures precisely. Excellent problem-solving skills; able to adapt and think outside the box under pressure. Strong customer focus with professional communication skills. Basic computer literacy and technical report writing ability. Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. JOB SUMMARY This is an Operations position responsible for moving trucks and trailers in and out of dock doors for loading and unloading. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborates with the loaders and supervision to move trucks and trailers from one location to another according to door assignments. Checks to ensure that each unit is sealed and that the refrigeration unit is operating correctly and running. Moves trucks and trailers from dock to dock as needed to complete the loading process which includes dropping and hooking trailers. Ensures the trailer or truck is completely loaded and secured before moving from the dock area. Works with transportation management to ensure the proper equipment is used on the proper route. Works closely with fleet shop management to ensure any repairs are finished before using the equipment. Helps keep truck parking yard free of debris and trash. Arranges trucks and trailers on the yard in an orderly and efficient manner. Moves trucks and trailers for receiving when needed. Records start up time and reefer set points for pre-cooling purposes Ensures trailer doors are closed while not in the dock The following duties may also be required at the site: Check oil and fluid levels. Position Summary: The Superintendent Is responsible for all the field employees on this project. He/she would be required to do a working estimate and take-off jointly with the Project Manager. The role requires frequent in-person interactions with clients, general contractor representatives, and other team members, necessitating the ability to express complex information effectively and concisely. Mathematical Skills Proficiency in basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are essential for the Superintendent. This individual must be capable of calculating percentages, costs, gross margins, and gross profits related to material, labor, and project estimates. A high degree of attention to detail is required, as the role demands accuracy in financial estimations while adhering to deadlines. The individual should also possess a strong drive to ensure that all calculations and documentation meet the highest standards of quality. Computer Skills The Superintendent needs strong computer skills in several areas, including project management software, CAD/BIM software, and programming/simulation tools. They should also be proficient in software related to electrical design, documentation, and reporting. Additionally, understanding computer networking concepts and basic troubleshooting skills is beneficial. Physical Demands The role of Superintendent typically involves office-based work, but the individual may also be required to visit construction sites.
