Summary: This position includes the rigging of structures and equipment to and from shipboard locations and off-ship landing sites and/or conveyances safely without endangerment of personnel or equipment. Duties and Responsibilities: Works in manufacturing and construction industries, where heavy machinery and materials are often used. As such, they work around heavy machinery outdoors and in industrial settings and report directly to a shift lead or manager Removes, places and repositions material and/or equipment using extensive knowledge of Below-the-Hook rigging gear throughout confined spaces and passageways through ships and building areas utilizing chain hoist and other rigging equipment. Makes load routing judgements accurately by considering size and locations of objects utilizing available overhead and surrounding structures and surface conditions. Judges and drifts objects/equipment utilizing multiple chain hoist and/or cranes to permit maneuvering loads around obstacles with proper sized rigging gear. rigs equipment but not limited to engine room work, pumps/motors, valves, electronic equipment, steel and flight deck safety net related work. Experienced in Load Testing of various pieces of equipment is also to be expected of this position. Operates forklift with extendable boom and straight mast Required: High diploma/equivalent/Apprenticeship Diploma/additional vocational courses or technical school graduate; and/or military and/or civilian experience with marine mechanical systems in a repair department or shipyard. Must be able to obtain Naval Base access (DBID’s, background check) Must be able to calculate and understand units of measure Must be able to wear appropriate (PPE) Personal Protective Equipment Minimum 1 - 3 years’ experience. Will assist in rigging evolutions when necessary. Communicates effectively Works independently or in a group. Possess basic knowledge of vessel compartments, number systems and related vessel compartments and who are safety-oriented and dedicated to doing their job as efficiently as possible are good fits for this role. Possess a Valid Divers License Ability to work overtime or night shifts depending on the amount of work needs. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English. Ability to obtain access to military and government installations and private shipyards worldwide. Ability to travel 30%. Hiring Position: QMS Engineer DepartmentQuality Assurance Place of Job in the Organizational Structure: QA Superintendent Job Purpose: The QMS Engineer is responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001 and internal standards. This role integrates document control, audit execution, and ECCB-related quality activities, ensuring effective implementation of quality processes, certification compliance, and product reliability control. The position plays a key role in cross-functional coordination, data-driven analysis, and continuous improvement to support both system compliance and operational excellence. Duties and Responsibilities: Document Control (35%): Maintain and control QMS documentation, including drafting, formatting, revision, and distribution Ensure documents are implemented, accessible at point-of-use, and aligned with actual operations (Document = Practice) Manage external documents and quality records per retention requirements Conduct routine document compliance checks and monthly audits across departments Support standardization of templates, numbering systems, and document governance Audits (30%): Execute internal audits (ISO/ process audits). Conduct process and reliability audits (e.g., junction box, production line compliance) Coordinate external audits and certification audits, including: Audit preparation, Document collection, On-site/online audit coordination Track non-conformities (NCs) and ensure timely and effective closure (CAPA follow-up) Summarize audit results and drive continuous improvement actions ECCB & Reliability Management (25%): Support Engineering Change Control Board (ECCB) activities, including: Change implementation tracking Pilot run coordination and validation Risk assessment participation (FMEA-based thinking) Monitor product reliability data (mass production testing results) Analyze trends and identify risks using data-driven methods Prepare reliability and change management reports Track and follow up on ECCB-related action items to ensure timely closure Coordinate cross-functional teams (Process, QA, Equipment, Production) for change execution Training & Quality Culture (10%): Deliver QMS-related training (document control, audit basics, 5S, etc.) Communicate quality requirements and audit expectations across departments Support quality culture initiatives (5S, campaigns, engagement activities) Track training completion and effectiveness Promote employee participation and ownership of quality processes Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field) 0-3 years of experience in quality, reliability, or certification roles, preferably in the solar or manufacturing industry Bilingual in Chinese and English preferred. Knowledge of quality management systems, photovoltaic reliability standards, and certification processes Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills Experienced in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Visio. Special Requirements: Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident, articulate, and persuasive in both English verbal and written formats. Batcher - Nights This position is responsible for batching activities as required by production demand; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. Essential Functions Precisely inspects, stages, weighs, and mixes ingredients according to the product recipes. Collaborates with Quality Assurance Technician on the analytical results and makes modifications or adjustments to the batches when needed (i.e. Brix, Acid, pH, color). Pre-weighs, blends, and liquefies components for beverage preparation. Accurately documents lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations. Performs cleaning and sanitation of batching equipment and fillers (CIP’s, foaming equipment and hand brushing). Operates forklift to load/move various ingredients, following all safety procedures. Adheres to the highest standards of company and plant safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations. Abides by Niagara’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards at all times. Maintains general housekeeping and quality in all areas of batching, production, and any additional areas assigned by plant leadership.
