This position is strictly focused on high-efficiency mowing operations across master-planned residential communities and commercial properties. You will spend your day operating premium, commercial-grade ride-on and stand-on zero-turn mowers. *Key Responsibilities* * *Strictly Mowing Operations:* Operate commercial-grade ride-on, stand-on, and walk-behind zero-turn mowers to cut turf efficiently and evenly. * *Acreage Execution:* Navigate diverse property layouts and master-planned community open spaces with speed, precision, and care. * *Turf Inspection:* Monitor turf conditions during operation, adjusting deck heights as needed to maintain property aesthetic and lawn health. * *Equipment Care:* Perform daily pre-trip checks on fluid levels, belts, tire pressure, and ensure mower blades remain sharp. If you can meet the following requirements, we need you as our Senior Billing Specialist! 5+ years of billing experience At least 2 years of ServiceTitan experience, as well as experience in the HVAC, mechanical contracting, plumbing, electrical, or repair/service industry, are preferred. WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE? This is a full-time financial position working Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM. In this financial role, you'll ensure every customer invoice is complete, accurate, and processed efficiently. Your day will involve generating invoices for service, maintenance, and project work, reviewing completed work orders to verify labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and miscellaneous charges. You'll also audit invoices for accuracy before distribution, and process a variety of billing types, including progress billing, time-and-material billing, fixed-price contracts, and recurring maintenance agreement billing.
