The scope of this position includes all phases of warehousing depending on needs including, shipping, receiving, inventorying, product repackaging, palletizing and forklift operation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards including daily inspection and maintenance. Load, unload, move, stack and stage product and materials using a gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered MHE equipped with lifting devices (to include; forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch or motorized pallet rider). Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate areas. Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy for loading and shipments. Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers or containers. Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Perform pick and pack, light assembly, labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed. Keep appropriate records and reports to ensure proper inventory control and security measures are followed and maintained. May assist in physical inventories. Roadway Motor Grader Operator-Responsible for the operation of the Motor Grader. Essential Functions of the position: • Must be able to sit or stand for multiple hours • Must be able to work long hours, weekends and as necessary to complete assignments. • Must be able to work in outdoor environments and be exposed to heat, rain, cold, wind, and other weather activities • Must be able to walk long distances. • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must be able to perform manual labor including but not limited to raking, shoveling, chopping, hammering etc. • Must be able to wear required PPE as per safety manual and OSHA regulations. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Ensure company equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively. • Inspect all company equipment before each startup for brakes, horn, steering, fluids, back-up alarm as well as other safety and functional items • Operate all heavy equipment as requested including but not limited to: excavators, dozers, loaders, brooms, trucks, skid steers, rollers etc. • Assist with traffic control as needed • Work in outdoor environments consisting of, but not limited to, cold, heat, dust, smoke, rain and other extreme conditions as needed to complete work assigned • Assist laborers with manual labor which can include, but is not limited to raking, shoveling, hooking up pumps, installing pipe, mixing concrete, carrying materials, throwing sod, seeding, etc. • Ensure equipment is only operated in a safe manner • Wear all PPE as required per safety manual and OSHA regulations.

Dirt Crew GPS Excavator Operator- Utilizing GPS technology operator is responsible for excavating ponds and trenches to desired grades. Efficiently operate excavator with GPS Adjust machine setting to complete task according to specification Effectively completes excavation and related task such as backfilling excavations and breaking concrete or rock using appropriate equipment. Reshaping a sites terrain by digging and moving quantities of earth or rock. Conducts routing inspections before operating equipment to identify needed maintenance or repairs. Perform a variety of task involving physical labor Operate hand and power tools. Work is performed under various field and weather conditions Must be able to list 50 lbs carry, stand, walk, climb, kneel, bend, twist, push and pull. Must wear required PPE as per safety manual and OSHA regulations. Work weekends if requested by Foreman Communicate effectively with Foreman Must have reliable transportation to transport self to the jobsites.
