General position summary: The Sr. Manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) application, which is critical to the success of our Contract Logistics Line of Service. This role bridges business vision, strategy and technological execution, driving the end-to-end product lifecycle for WMS initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Define, own, and communicate the strategic vision, strategy and roadmap for the product suite, ensuring alignment with enterprise supply chain objectives and future growth opportunities. Lead a team of subject matter experts in the WMS space and ensure all are well-versed in the business strategy of the business being supported. Prioritize the product backlog, overseeing both the development and deployment of new features, system enhancements, and integrations with enterprise platforms.
