Climbing · Team members must infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, perform maintenance. · During delivery of product, navigation of five or more flights of stairs may be required. Stooping/Bending · Forward bending at the waist is necessary at the pizza assembly station. · Toe room is present, but workers are unable to flex their knees while standing at this station. · Duration of this position is approximately 30 - 45 seconds at one time, repeated continuously during the day. · Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Crouching/Squatting Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas. Reaching · Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward. · Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves. · Workers reaching down to perform such tasks as scooping cornmeal from a plastic barrel, or washing dishes. · Workers reach forward when obtaining topping ingredients, cleaning work surfaces, or answering phones. Mechanical Start-Up Technician

Job Summary The Environmental Health and Safety Director will be responsible for promoting a culture of EHS, overseeing EHS programs, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, and implementing best practices to minimize risks and accidents at our manufacturing, distribution, and office facilities in the Jacksonville area. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of safety standards and regulations. Essential Functions: Influence organization’s EHS culture, working collaboratively with other functions and leadership to integrate EHS into business operations Direct and coordinates activities of Stellar Energy's EHS operations. Mentor and develop site EHS personnel Analyze EHS data to inform continuous improvement initiatives Develop, implement, and enforce EHS policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company, industry, and regulatory standards. Identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks. Provide guidance and support to employees on EHS-related matters. Conduct regular EHS inspections and audits to identify, report, and resolve non-compliance issues. Investigate accidents, near misses, and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to safety. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to EHS incidents, training, compliance, and metrics. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure EHS is integrated into project planning and execution. Lead incident response and emergency preparedness activities, providing guidance and support during critical situations. Represent the company during safety audits, inspections, and interactions with regulatory agencies. Reviews and analyzes expenditure, financial, and operations reports to determine requirements for increasing safety. Prepares recommendations on findings for management evaluation. Recommends capital expenditures for acquisition of new equipment that would increase safety of operations. Prepares for ISO 9001 and other audits. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, loud noise and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. Physical Demands The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Employee must be able to wear all required PPE (hard hat, gloves, steel toe/composite shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection) Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however this is subject to change due to business needs. Travel 10% Travel is expected for this role. Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational health and safety or related field. 10+ years of EHS experience with 5+ years in a leadership role Managed a team of at least 3-5 people Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook. Extensive knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standard Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Preferred Education and Experience Experience in an ISO 45001 certified organization. Professional certification (ex: CSP, CIH, CSHM) Additional Skills None. Work Authorization Must be authorized to work in USA.
