This position will be located in Saint Augustine, Fl. The Dimension Control Technician will be a part of the Tool Die Making team within the Tooling department and will have considerable knowledge of the job with substantial acquaintance with an understanding of general aspects of the job with a broad understanding of the detailed aspects of the job and be able to perform more advanced functions and resolve routine questions and problems. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate, and collaborate across all levels, will thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented work environment with high expectations, enjoy significantly diverse assignments, demonstrate a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of the product and have high integrity to self-report errors to a supervisor when detected. Essential Functions / Responsibilities: Lay out, fabricate, and assemble a variety of standard and nonstandard major jigs, fixtures, tool masters, master tooling gauges, and related tooling involving compound angles and complex contours where the establishment and coordination to exacting tolerances of numerous tooling holes and reference points between several planes are required. Plan work to be performed and determines methods and sequence of operations working from tool design drawings or own designs. Sets up and operates optical instruments to check overall and detailed alignment, fit, or adjustment of assemblies. Develop and designs holding devices and jig and fixture details. Prepare operational sequences and shop drawings covering parts fabrication and assembly to be performed by others. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Basic Qualifications Level 4: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 6 years of tool building and/or laser tracker experience -OR- associates degree and 2 years of tool building and/or laser tracker experience Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government clearance per company and or business needs Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR) per company and business needs Must have the ability to frequently move and position objects weighing 35 pounds. Position Summary Responsible for wrapping and labeling meat products using a wrapping machine. Stocks display cases, operates meat grinder, Ross tenderizer, moisture fat tester, and manual pallet jack. Provides a high level of member service. Job Duties Inspects and reassembles equipment sanitized the previous night. Reworks display case and rotates product. Re-stocks meat room supplies and boxes of meat up to 70 lbs. Stocks meat display cases and follows department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished product. Takes large trays of styrofoam packaged meat from large, wheeled racks and places individual packages into automatic wrapping machines. Follows safety and security procedures. Sets label machine according to product type and price, prints and applies labels to products. Puts wrapped and labeled meat on large trays of large, wheeled cart and stocks in the display case by reaching through sliding windows or moving rack to floor. Re-stocks meat room supplies and boxes of meat up to 99 lbs. Operates meat grinder. Dumps meat into the top of the machine and checks the fat content of each batch from the grinder. Operates tenderizing machine. Follows proper department production procedures and standards for quality and consistency of finished product. Cleans and sanitizes the area throughout the day including windows. Performs duties to comply with health code, such as sanitation standards and maintaining proper temperatures. Cleans and sanitizes the meat room including disassembly of equipment and power washing of meat room at end of day. Washes, applies cleaning agents, wipes, and mops all surfaces and equipment. Empties drain screen. Operates commercial dishwasher, power sink, or washes by hand in three compartment sinks. Performs routine maintenance for machinery, equipment, and implements. Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service. Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery. Washes bakery containers, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwasher. Wipes down stationary parts with a cleaning agent, water, and sanitizing agent. Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position. Logs sanitation procedures performed on daily reports and complies with health code. Follows safety and security procedures and reads labels for proper use and precautions of cleaning products. Collects cardboard and trash; operates trash compactor, cardboard baler. Takes the laundry to the laundry service pick-up area. Perform weekly cleaning duties. Assists with other bakery duties as needed. Provides prompt and courteous member service. Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all Safety training required by warehouse and department. Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items. Completes training, acknowledges standards and signs annually. Ensures proper cleanup and disposal of hazardous materials. Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery. Assists with department duties as necessary. Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
