Conduct analysis and reporting on metrics such as MAPE, Bias, and FVA, clearly communicating results and rationale to business partners at all levels. Collaborate with Process Excellence and Data teams to ensure data integrity and automation of forecasting processes and validations. Monitor the flow of the forecast through the OMP system, ensuring that exceptions are captured and corrective action is taken. Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key planning data attributes, and address business problems with an end-to-end mentality.
