This role provides leadership to technicians and support staff while ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue growth, safety compliance, and high‑quality service delivery of water‑based fire protection systems. This position is responsible for performing a variety of production jobs as directed by the shift supervisor. The tasks for this position may include hanging or sorting garments, bagging or folding product, rolling mats, cleaning the work area, or performing other production jobs classified at a level three or below as needed to support the business. Work area/responsibilities for this role may change daily, as this position fills in for other employee vacations and absences. Production Supervisor

Job Purpose The Production Supervisor is a hands-on position managing field crew leaders and crew members performing commercial landscape maintenance services. The main focus of this role is to manage safety, quality, and job hours as it pertains to the contracted scope. The Production Manager will promote teamwork within the company. Responsibilities - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Management and Accounting: Provide hour and material budgets for all crews as a guide for production Monitor the integrity of information provided to accounting system (timesheets and work orders) Monitor equipment inventory and insure equipment is properly serviced Keep informed of new practices in green industry Keep informed of new or potential sales Facilities lock up.
