ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead all site operations and instructor staff, ensuring full contract compliance, delivery of all training and reporting requirements, and serving as the primary liaison to the Government Site COR for all matters affecting performance, quality, and mission execution across P‑8A training and MQ‑4C site management responsibilities. Deliver P‑8A simulator, training device, and classroom instruction, including briefs and debriefs. Conduct scheduled CI led and ‑CIs supported‑ training for simulator, training device, and systems instruction. Provide academic instruction including CRM, IGS, and platform ‑specific coursework. Must successfully complete P8A NATOPS open‑ book and closed‑ ‑book exams, simulator procedural evaluations, and annually renew qualifications with the FRS. Must demonstrate understanding of P‑8A missions, aircraft operating systems, and normal/emergency crew procedures. Must meet all cross ‑training requirements as approved by the FRS via the COR, when applicable. Must be available by phone when not in the designated workspace during 0800–1600 local. Ability to maintain proficiency with syllabus changes, required reading, and updates to publications. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain situational awareness during extended training scenarios. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to walk on uneven surfaces. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to climb two flights of stairs and ladders. Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical tasks as needed.
