The Inventory Specialist will play an important role in ensuring medical devices are clean, tested, functional, accurately tracked, and ready for delivery to patients. What You’ll Be Doing: Receive, store, organize, and ship medical devices, supplies, and materials. Maintain accurate inventory records for equipment, finished goods, PPE, and supplies. Process inventory transfers, assignments, adjustments, and other transactions within company systems. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Coordinate deliveries and pickups with third-party carriers. Clean, test, inspect, and prepare medical devices for distribution. Build and disassemble devices as needed for distribution and maintenance. Maintain accurate and secure device records. Assist with patient device deliveries and pickups at hospitals, residences, and care facilities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow OSHA, FDA, and DOT requirements, with training provided. Support additional operational needs within the distribution center. What We’re Looking For: Previous inventory, warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related experience. Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy. Comfortable working with computer-based inventory systems. Ability to work hands-on with equipment, including cleaning, testing, assembling, and preparing devices. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable supporting deliveries and pickups as needed.
