The Inventory Coordinator takes a lead role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of all inventories within the SCM Warehouse. When necessary, works with purchasing team to place purchase orders for emergency items. Works with Receiving Specialists to ensure that all incoming packages are delivered in a timely manner, resolves receiving issues with Supply Chain Management and/or vendor if necessary, and investigates to completion, and deliver any shipments received without the proper tracking documentation indicating its intended destination. Works with Supply Chain Team to perform routine spot inventories of stock items. Investigates and make minor inventory adjustments as needed. Report major inventory discrepancies to the Logistics Manager for review prior to any adjustments. Suggest changes to improve supply delivery and efficiency.
