JOB DESCRIPTION A Fueler is responsible for fueling and servicing of aircraft and the safe and efficient operations of equipment used in fueling operations. Completes a safety check of the applicable vehicle, (i.e., car or bus) before transporting residents to and from scheduled activities and appointments. Accurately records vehicle mileage and resident attendance for all scheduled transportation. Maintains the cleanliness of the vehicle, inside and out. Transports vehicle(s) to service locations for routine preventive maintenance on vehicle(s) as scheduled by supervisor. Notifies supervisor of necessary repairs and vehicle malfunctions. Immediately notifies supervisor of resident concerns, problems, or incidents. Makes miscellaneous runs for administration errands as necessary. Maintains all tools, equipment and supplies in proper condition. Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor. QUALIFICATIONS: High school education required. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic. Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers license (CDL) . Must have a good driving record. Must be able to interpret and follow map directions On time attendance Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly and helpful attitude with the residents at all times.
