This position will support the business function of the HVAC/Plumbing division as it relates to the Warehouse, inventory, supply/vendor material ordering, field personnel, and customers' needs. Heavy emphasis on ordering, accounting, billing/reconciliation, vendor accounts, computer proficiency, and managing daily warehouse operations. Also familiar with loading/unloading large equipment and supplies; general knowledge of the HVAC/Plumbing trades, parts, and materials is a plus. Duties include: Minimum 2 years Warehouse experience in a busy warehouse environment. Priority will be given to applicants who have prior HVAC/Plumbing warehouse experience. Daily work in computer systems, including Microsoft Outlook email and vendor systems to manage the workload for inventory & materials ordering. Will print daily work orders for field personnel and gather parts, materials, and supplies together, and stage equipment to be picked up by specific field employees going to customer job sites.
