JOB SUMMARY The primary function of the CO2 Driver is to timely and safely deliver CO2 products and related supplies to established customers along assigned routes. Other functions include performing pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting deficiencies and ensuring that all safety items are in good working order, and maintaining a neat, clean, and professional personal and vehicle appearance. RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists. Load Microbulk tanks, and fill customer-owned Microbulk tanks as assigned. Assist with system installations. Maintain DOT vehicle documents, ensuring that they are properly completed. Work closely with customers to provide excellent customer service, including listening to and resolving customer complaints. Assure the route truck remains in proper and safe working order and that routine and required maintenance occurs on a timely basis. Comply with all Federal, State and local laws regulating safe driving and the safe and proper handling of hazardous materials. Perform any other duties Arc3 assigns. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Class A or B CDL with HazMat, airbrakes, and tanker endorsements. Position Overview Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to support ship loading operations at Naval Station Mayport. In this role, you will assist with loading, transporting, and stowing subsistence items and supplies onboard Navy vessels while ensuring materials are properly organized, stock is rotated as needed, and work areas remain clean and safe. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, the ability to work in a team environment, and a commitment to following safety procedures and security requirements. Successful candidates will help ensure Navy vessels receive the supplies necessary to support their missions. What You'll Do Loading & Material Handling Transport subsistence items and supplies from the pier to designated locations onboard Navy ships Utilize conveyor equipment when available to assist with loading operations Assist with storeroom preparation and organization Support stock rotation activities as required Maintain surge capability to support emergent and increased operational requirements Housekeeping & Organization Remove and properly dispose of debris generated during loading operations Neatly stack and store pallets in designated locations Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout assigned shifts Ensure supplies are stored according to established procedures Safety & Security Compliance Follow all safety procedures and requirements while performing assigned duties Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses, and steel-toed footwear Comply with all Naval Station Mayport security requirements Successfully obtain and maintain required Navy security clearance and access credentials Communication & Professional Standards Report to assigned work locations on time and prepared for duty Follow directions from the Project Manager and assigned supervisors Adhere to all Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. policies and procedures outlined in the Personnel Handbook Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs What We're Looking For We are seeking dependable individuals who take pride in their work, value safety, and can perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
