Position Overview As a General Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, loading, unloading, picking, packing, wrapping, labeling, and staging products. You will perform inventory-related tasks, operate material handling equipment, and use order sheets, RF scanners, and warehouse management systems as needed. Starting Rate: $18.00/hour Additional earning opportunities include: Eligible for incentive pay Pay increases for equipment certifications – Earn additional pay as you become certified to operate additional warehouse equipment This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position. Schedule flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business. Job Responsibilities Manually unload and load products on and off containers or pallets. Manually wrap or operate a shrink-wrap machine to securely prepare products for shipment. Operate manual and electric pallet jacks and other material handling equipment. Operate deslat equipment. Pick, pack, count, label, and stage products according to customer and company requirements. Apply labels to the appropriate cases and products. Document and report product or material damage and other issues to the supervisor and follow instructions to resolve the issue. Complete equipment inspection forms. Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse support activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all product handling, safety, regulatory, and company policies and procedures. Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Requirements: HS diploma or GED 1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment Basic math skills Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
