General Position Summary The Move Coordinator will be part of the move management team centralized in Jacksonville. Primary responsibility includes the effective management of all tasks, activities and reporting necessary to effect successful household goods relocation for customers relocating domestically and internationally; in addition to working with our van line and freight forwarder GNI agents. The Move Coordinator will work closely with the Manager of Move Management. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities Administer all aspects of Sterling Lexicon's Move Management programs through the placement of Service Orders to Van Lines, Freight Forwarders, Car Carrier and Pet relocation Network. Responsible for Customer Service interaction with our counselors, our household goods network, on occasion with our assignees and compliance with policy requirements. Establishes effective working relationships with network and non-network providers to create and manage the successful relocation of household goods. Effectively communicates household goods updates and information as appropriate and serves as the subject matter expert in household goods related activities. Supports data integrity goals by entering key relocation related information relating to transferee, service provider networks, client, etc. into system. Creates, distributes and reviews reports, as necessary, for all household goods related activities to meet internal and external requirements. Conducts periodic household goods reviews with internal management and Clients as agreed upon - reviews to include recommendations for transferees. Suppliers and reporting as deemed appropriate.
