RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the manual loading of orders onto outgoing vehicles Accompany drivers to job sites to safely unload materials onto customer property Assist drivers with guiding trucks to avoid damage to merchandise, property, or vehicles Count, verify, and manually unload incoming orders and shipments Organize and stage materials in the warehouse for efficient order fulfillment Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and in a timely manner Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed and in compliance with safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock replenishment Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns to management Support general warehouse operations and assist team members as needed Perform other duties as assigned by management REQUIREMENTS High school diploma/GED required or one to three months of related experience in outdoor labor, warehouse work, and/or roofing Ability to work in both outdoor and warehouse environments in varying weather conditions Must be able to physically and safely handle heavy materials Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 lbs.
