This role will collaborate with an on-site matrixed team of experienced professionals to assist in maintaining quality and consistency of service by documenting and identifying trends, working directly with the FRCSE to implement corrective action and establish appropriate improvement plans. The Operations Manager will also assist the Site Leader and FRCSE in the development of induction and production forecasts as well as future FDC activation requirements of the MRO&U.
