For outbound (Shipping/Bins), ensure accurate picking, proper packaging, and secure loading of outbound trailers (e.g., cube utilization, securement). Inventory & Quality: Perform quality checks to verify inventory accuracy and correct placement. Monitor inventory to keep product moving and oversee the cleanliness of the department. Administration: Be responsible for answering email and verbal questions in a timely manner. What You’ll Need (Minimum Requirements) Experience: 2+ years working experience is preferred. Experienced in more than one department is required (e.g., receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship, and return of product). Physical Capability: This is a floor position that involves physically moving/processing products. Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift. Must be able to pivot at any time to respond to changing priorities. PIV/Equipment: PIV Certification is required (e.g., for Bulk and Receiving roles). Must be able to operate or willing to be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO). Position Summary: The Warehouse Administrator supports daily third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations by managing administrative processes, inventory records, and client-specific documentation. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and effective communication between warehouse operations, transportation partners, and customer accounts in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. Core Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory, order, and shipment records across multiple client accounts. Process inbound and outbound orders, ASN documentation, BOLs, and shipping confirmations in accordance with client requirements. Support daily shipping activities using common carriers, integrators, and freight forwarders while meeting client cut-off times. Coordinate with operations, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure SLA adherence. Track inventory discrepancies, damages, and shortages; escalate and document findings per client SOPs. Prepare and distribute client-specific reports including inventory accuracy, shipment status, and throughput metrics. Assist with scheduling inbound deliveries and outbound shipments to maximize dock and labor utilization. Ensure compliance with company policies, client SOPs, OSHA safety standards, and quality requirements. Provide administrative support to warehouse staff including data entry, filing, and operational correspondence. Monitor warehouse supplies and administrative materials; coordinate replenishment and maintenance requests. Identify administrative process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Systems & Tools Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required (e.g., SAP or comparable 3PL WMS) RF scanners and barcode systems Microsoft Office Suite (Excel reporting, Outlook communication) Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 3PL, warehouse administration, or logistics support role. Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping documentation, and warehouse workflows. Ability to manage multiple client priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
