Job Overview: The IT Project Manager is responsible for driving successful client outcomes across Professional Services and Internal Technology. This role owns the coordination, execution, and communication of projects from pre-sales support through delivery and closeout. The IT Project Manager ensures scope, timelines, budgets, and expectations are clearly defined, properly quoted, and delivered with quality. This role partners closely with Sales Solutions, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent execution. Must be local to Jacksonville, FL area Key Expectations: Own assigned projects end-to-end (scope, timeline, budget, communication, documentation) Support pre-sales efforts by helping develop clear scopes, quotes, SSOs, and SOWs Ensure strong handoffs from sales to delivery with no gaps in understanding Proactively identify and communicate risks, issues, and changes early Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability Core Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution Define scope, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria Build and manage project plans (tasks, milestones, dependencies) Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders Drive projects to completion within scope, budget, and timeline Lead kickoff meetings, status calls, and project reviews Other duties as assigned 2. Pre-Sales Support, Scoping & Quotes Partner with Sales Solutions and technical teams to develop project scopes Assist in gathering requirements, assumptions, and exclusions Develop and support: Quotes Sales & Service Orders (SSOs) Statements of Work (SOWs) Follow up on: Open-scope questions Quote revisions Client approvals Ensure all approved work is clearly defined before delivery begins 3. Communication & Client Experience Provide consistent project status updates to clients and internal teams Communicate risks, blockers, changes, and next steps clearly Address client concerns quickly and professionally Set and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle 4. Resource Coordination Work with technical leadership to assign and adjust resources Monitor workload and scheduling conflicts Ensure the right resources are engaged at the right time Coordinate vendors and third parties as needed 5. Risk, Scope & Financial Management Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans Manage scope changes and change orders Assess impact of changes on timeline and budget Track budgets, costs, and project profitability Ensure deliverables meet quality expectations 6. Documentation & Closeout Maintain clean, accurate project documentation Ensure all project artifacts (scope, SOW, approvals, notes) are complete Deliver project reporting and lessons learned Support continuous improvement across project delivery Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Active and current PMP Certification required Experience managing IT or managed services projects Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Experience supporting scoping, quotes, and SOW development Ability to manage multiple priorities and client expectations Familiarity with PSA/project tools (Autotask, etc.) Availability for after hours and weekend work when required Environmental and Physical Requirements: The work environment for this position is a standard office setting. The Taxation Analyst supports the organization's tax compliance and transfer pricing function across global operations. This role manages the collection and maintenance of compliance documentation, conducts financial analysis related to intercompany transactions, and ensures alignment with applicable tax regulations and OECD guidelines. The position monitors regulatory developments, coordinates with cross-functional stakeholders, and contributes to the preparation of tax returns and transfer pricing documentation. Essential Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master File support. Collect, validate, reconcile and analyze financial data from multiple systems related to intercompany transactions. Perform functional and risk analysis under guidance. Analyze intercompany margins and identify variances or anomalies. Maintain Excel models and support quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations and analyses. Ensure documentation aligns with OECD guidelines and applicable local regulations. Maintain documentation and audit-ready files. Monitor changes in global transfer pricing regulations. Conduct research on industry trends and economic conditions. Support responses to tax authority inquiries or audits. Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on intercompany transactions and support the implementation of transfer pricing policies and models. Manage the collection, validation, and periodic renewal of tax residency certificates for assigned countr(ies) outside US, if applicable. Oversee the preparation, review, and maintenance of W-8BEN-E forms to ensure compliance with withholding tax requirements. Monitor intercompany management recharges across European entities to ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies. Review supporting documentation to confirm that actual practices reflect approved policies. Identify inconsistencies or deviations and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to remediate issues. Support the preparation of documentation required for local compliance and transfer pricing audits. Assist with the preparation and filing of tax returns for assigned countr(ies) outside US, if applicable. Essential Skills and/or Certifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field, with 0-2 years of relevant experience. Experience with transfer pricing documentation, including Local Files and Master File support. Knowledge of OECD transfer pricing guidelines and applicable local tax regulations. Familiarity with withholding tax compliance requirements, including W-8BEN-E form preparation and management. Strong analytical and financial data management skills, including financial modeling and reconciliation. Ability to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data from multiple systems accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in compliance documentation and financial reporting. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present findings clearly. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured, detail-oriented environment. Experience with financial systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle preferred.
