Facilitate efficient patient flow by coordinating admissions, transfers, and discharges. Create and manage shift-to-shift patient care assignments to ensure appropriate staffing and quality outcomes. Lead the implementation of process improvements and practice changes that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Support staff development through coaching, education, and performance feedback. Provide direct patient care as needed to support unit operations. Demonstrate professionalism, collaboration, and effective communication with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Experience Requirements: Medical-Surgical nursing experience required. Post-surgical nursing experience required. Progressive acute care nursing experience required. Prior leadership, charge nurse, or supervisory experience preferred. Education & Credential Requirements: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
