Essential Functions of the Wellness Director Monitors and assures quality in all aspects of wellness program including medication management, provision, and documentation of services, follow through of physician orders and family/resident requests, assessments, and service plans. JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Research Office (CRO), in the Office of Research Affairs (ORA), Dean's Administration, College of Medicine, Jacksonville is looking for a Clinical Research Coordinator III. The position will function independently in a clinical research setting and responsible for the complete coordination of assigned clinical research activities. The CRC will work with patients and research staff in various clinics around the greater Jacksonville area within the UF enterprise. May have supervisory responsibilities. Effective problem solving, writing and communication skills. Ability to multi-task working as part of a team or independently. This position will be responsible for all aspects of clinical studies including feasibility, start up activities, execution and close out activities. Will be involved in reporting requirements and financial management, as directed. This position will handle complicated multi-center clinical trials and work with faculty to develop strong investigator-initiated clinical studies. Will be responsible to provide guidance to the research team on the clinical study, budget development, and oversee the implementation and complete execution of the study. Will assist in the identification of funding opportunities, organizing appropriate collaborations across UF enterprise and externally Will be involved in reporting requirements, financial management of clinical research studies. Working with CRO/ORA leadership to identify new opportunities and partnerships with industry and other sponsors with the objective to grow the clinical research portfolio. Will serve as highly experienced research coordinator and resource for department clinical trials and other clinical research projects, will serve as back up coordinator on different projects. Conduct study visits for multiple study protocols. Coordinates and implements enrollment, study visits and follow-up procedures to collect data from patient charts, medical records, interviews, questionnaires, and other sources. Coordinate day to day activities and ensure the compliance of specific research studies. Perform blood draws as needed at various time points in clinical trials. Assess and report patient reactions to clinical staff and PI. Perform vitals, collect specimens, and provide patient care per study protocol. Manages tests, procedures, and equipment per protocol requirements. Process blood samples in the biomedical and ship biospecimens to the appropriate site. EXPECTED SALARY: $70,000- $80,000 per year REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and three years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PREFERRED: Master’s degree in an appropriate area and 5 years of experience coordinating or managing clinical research. Experience in phlebotomy and clinical research is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Coordinates multiple tasks and work independently and productively in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment. Proficiency in data management and superior organization skills. Integrity, careful attention to detail; ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism and respect for subjects’ rights and individual needs; willing to learn and maintain skills in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Good Clinical Practice guidelines. Position Summary Heal All seeks a detail-oriented and mission-driven Paralegal to support the company’s growing legal and regulatory infrastructure. This role sits at the center of the organization’s compliance operations, providing substantive paralegal support across a complex regulatory landscape that includes federal healthcare statutes, FDA medical device requirements, CMS programs, and government contracting workstreams. The position works directly with the company’s General Counsel and the CEO, as well as other external legal partners as necessary, to ensure that documentation, policy maintenance, and regulatory tracking keep pace with the company’s growth and contractual obligations. This role does not provide legal advice or exercise independent legal judgment; those functions remain with the company’s General Counsel and other external counsel. The successful candidate is a highly organized, self-directed professional who can operate with discretion, manage competing priorities, and serve as a reliable point of coordination between the General Counsel, internal teams and other external legal partners. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Contract intake and first-pass review: receive, log, and perform an initial review of inbound contracts and vendor agreements, flagging key terms and open issues for the General Counsel’s sign-off before execution. Compliance documentation: draft, organize, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and supporting documentation in coordination with the General Counsel and department leads. Policy maintenance: monitor for regulatory updates affecting applicable statutes and rules; initiate and track policy revisions to keep the compliance program current. Regulatory filing tracking: maintain a master calendar and tracker for all required regulatory filings, reporting deadlines, and renewal dates across CMS, FDA, state licensing, and federal contracting workstreams (VA, Rural Health Transition Program (RHTP), Bureau of Prisons (BOP)). Vendor due-diligence coordination: gather, organize, and track due-diligence materials for vendor and partner onboarding, ensuring that documentation requirements are satisfied prior to engagement.
