Manage assigned budgets and calendar requests for labs. Ensure the proper handling of all anatomical tissue. Operate mini c-arm imaging machine. Manage and service company vehicle. Other duties as assigned. Your Background Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the medical device industry, preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience working in a regulated bio-laboratory required, including: Proper handling/prepping of human tissue Safe handling of biologically contaminated product Lab or clean room experience that mees AATB and OSHA standard. Experience working a Cell Operating System or manufacturing environment. Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook Strong communication and interpersonal skills to present ideas/direction to business partners, management and physicians and sales representatives. Ability to maintain professionalism while maintaining compliance to P28 standards and all legal requirements. Must be self-motivated and able to work and solve issues independently. Work Environment This job operates primarily in the mobile lab and on the road. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with individuals internal and external to the organization. The employee may be required to lift up-to 30 lbs. by themselves. This role will also require extensive data entry and electronic communications. Additionally, this role requires extended time in the mobile lab and therefore requires: Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time (can be 8 hours plus), as well as bend/stoop/squat and balance frequently. Ability to wear a 7-9 pounds of protective lead apron for extended periods of time while in lab, as well as gloves, gowns and eye protection.
