The Leasing Consultant is responsible for welcoming prospective residents to the community, coordinating tours, and responding to incoming inquiries about leasing. The position will also interact with current residents regarding day-to-day issues as well as coordinating the renewals of existing leases. The Leasing Consultant will serve as a central point of communication between the Community residents, Community management, as well as community maintenance teams. Miller Pipeline is looking for Operators who can safely operate heavy equipment around overhead and underground utilities. Successful candidates must be able to communicate effectively, have prior work experience with heavy equipment operating and have knowledge of underground utilities. Main Responsibilities: Fasten attachments to tractor with clevis or wedge pin hitches. Connect hydraulic hoses, belts, mechanical linkage, or power takeoff shaft to tractor to provide power to raise, lower, or tilt attachments. Move levers to control tool bars, carriers, and disks. Move levers and depress pedals to maneuver tractor and raise, lower, and tilt attachment to clear right-of-way. Feel lever and listen for stalling action of engine to estimate depth of cut. Grease, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment. Maintain all appropriate maintenance records. Assess the area to determine if the utilities were properly located prior to performing the underground work. Review the terrain to determine the best method to perform the job. Required Qualifications: Prior heavy equipment operating experience. Class A CDL with tanker endorsements. Ability to travel around the area. High school diploma or equivalent. Summary: This position is responsible for tasks involving physical labor at construction sites and assisting other workers. Employees may operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. They may also clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble other waste materials. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards • Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools while distributing them to the appropriate locations • Control traffic passing near, in, or around work zones with appropriate training provided • Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials with appropriate training provided • Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes • May be required to enter trenches and/or confined spaces after receiving proper training • Understand and comply with safety considerations as set herein and as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor Candidates that accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination.
