Regularly clean cultivation equipment and tools, including light reflectors, containers, and ventilation equipment. Document and update cultivation logs with nutrient and/or substance application to any plants within the facility. Provide support to additional cultivation and harvest teams as needed to achieve facility production goals. Other duties as assigned by management. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1-3 years' experience in a related position. Able to follow detailed instruction and capable of performing repetitive tasks. Work Arrangement: Hybrid What You'll Do: Responsible for the technical, engineering oversight of one or multiple vessels within a larger fleet. May include Tugs, Barges, or other types. Monitor and coordinate vessel certification inspections with external and internal customers. Survey, plan, coordinate and oversee all routine maintenance and repairs performed by vendors during turnarounds for primary for line haul service/secondarily for contract services. Work with warehouse personnel requesting fleet spare equipment be dispatched to support the upkeep of the vessels. Create PO’s/WO’s, review and close outstanding maintenance tasks, review/approve parts requisitions and review vessel reports. Work with buyer to assist in the purchasing of supplies. Issue and complete all service purchase orders for assigned vessels. Keep abreast of current and emerging industry advances and their application in an engineering capacity to optimize performance. Develop budget, specifications and KPIs and other reports as needed. Manage the financial updating of purchase orders to the invoices. Develop maintenance and repair cost analysis sheets and monitor the budget. Assist in the development and modification of preventative maintenance plans for vessel equipment. Ensure the engineering procedures and policies are periodically reviewed, modified, and implemented. Qualifications: Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in marine engineering or a related field; 10+ years in an engineering related field, including seagoing experience, may be substituted in lieu of the educational requirements. Experience: 5+ years relevant experience in marine engineering, sailing onboard a vessel or shoreside experience in a Marine Superintendent, Port Engineer or similar role.
