This leader has direct responsibility for Manufacturing (internal and external), as well as indirect responsibility over Planning, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Deliver, and is a member of JJV Supply Chain Leadership team. The primary objectives of this role include: Responsible for managing a balanced scorecard to deliver reliable supply of high-quality products to customers and improve customer value Accountable for establishing and communicating a vision and strategies that achieve high service, quality, compliance, operational excellence, project execution and cost effectiveness across all products within the segment Align metrics and KPI’s, including annual targets – to enterprise and benchmark Manage complex P&L and Capital plans Responsible for optimizing the supply chain, cascading segment business strategies and enterprise supply chain strategies and processes to drive growth through efficiencies and performance improvements Assure key strategic plans and resources are effectively delivering value in alignment with commercial, and segment strategies. Examples include: Network Optimization, Design to Value, Value Chain Management, Technology Innovations.
