We are seeking an Assistant Site Controller. This is a highly visible position reporting to the Site Controller of EPP Programs. This position will assist in representing the EPP business as needed to brief leadership on Financial performance of the business. Strategic partner, providing support to the Site controller while collaborating with Integrated Product Team (IPT) leads and other cross functional leaders to drive compliance across the two manufacturing sites located in Jacksonville, Florida. Ensure company goals and objectives are achieved. Supporting the monthly, quarterly and annual close period financial processes, forecasting, establishing Long range financial plans. Supports Pricing development and BOE reviews to ensure adherence to TINA regulations while supporting the proposal team within EPP business portfolio. Ability to support both internal and external audits. Supports ad hoc request from both internal and external customers. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience US Citizenship is required as only US citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Experience working with US government accounting compliance rules and procedures such as FAR's, DFAS's, CAS Experience with pricing development and BOE reviews Qualifications We Prefer Estimating and Pricing experience Previous experience in an aerospace manufacturing industry environment. Additional benefits Per Diem 50.00 if OTR Medical, dental and vision insurance after 90 days 401(k) savings plan with company match You will receive weekly settlement and direct deposit of funds drivers also receive safe-driver bonuses Well furnish your truck with , EZPass, PikePass and Prepass for toll roads Accrue paid vacation based on years of employment with Company Health Insurance available Western Star double bunk, fridge, inverter and APU Speed set at 75mp Job Requirements: 2 years of CDL-A experience No felonies You must be a US citizen (NO felons at all, regardless how old, misdemeanors can be reviewed if very old, but prefer nothing on the background Drivers must have the ability to obtain DOD Security Clearance (we assist with this, if clean background won't be an issue) Responsibilities: - Safely operate a variety of trucks, including tractor-trailers, flatbed trailers, dry vans, roll-off trucks, and flatbed trucks in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Transport goods and materials to and from specified destinations within a specified timeline. - Obey all local and state traffic laws while operating a motor vehicle. - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues - Report service requests, repairs, dash notifications as required - Report any vehicle damages immediately to the dispatcher. - Load and unload freight using forklifts or other appropriate equipment - Maintain accurate records of deliveries - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery schedules and customer service Skills: - Maintain a commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements - Proven experience in commercial driving, preferably with experience in various types of trucks (e.g., tractor-trailers - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries - Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional manner Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Wage Range: 0.72 - 0.72 per mile General Description of Benefits: Department of Defense OTR Flatbed - Avg week $1,500- $2,300/wk $ 50.00 Per tarp job $5,000 Sign On bonus Home time: 2 weeks out would be 3 days home and 3 weeks out would be 6 days home.
