Communicates information regarding conditions and events to Operations personnel during shift changes. Performs or delegates actions required for maintaining in-service or return-to-service Support Systems equipment and related auxiliary equipment. Assures and maintains environmental and operating parameters for all FGD/EPF areas. Continuously monitors and interprets CEMS instrument data, reports and alarms to assure environmentally compliant plant operation. Prepares specific reports and records as assigned with regard to equipment failures, operations, maintenance, etc. Attends and participates in professional, safety, technical, and supervisory training. Trains Operations personnel and assists in the training of contract personnel as assigned. Issues and audits all plant non-emergency firewater permits. Handles all after hours calls to the plant including submitting report off forms to the correct supervisor. Assist Operations Supervisor with employee performance feedback and coaching. Required to administer the plant LOTO system and confined space permits per plant procedures as required to allow maintenance activities to be performed safely. Takes a pro-active approach regarding personal safety, safety of others, and complying with all OSHA and SECI safety rules and completion of all necessary on-line classroom safety courses as directed. Participates in safety briefings and safety meetings. Takes a pro-active approach to environmental rules and regulations governing the operation of SGS and completion of all necessary or on-line classroom environmental courses as directed. Reports all environmental reportable incidents. Assures that priorities of maintenance repair work requests set by subordinates are appropriate. Directs the activities and supports the Operations Supervisor in the supervision of Operations Personnel Performs other duties as applicable to the position or as assigned NERC Compliance: Performs NERC Compliance Program roles if/as designated in Seminole's Standard Ownership Matrix (SOM) including ongoing evidence retention in "audit-ready" form. You should also be familiar with Seminole's Enterprise Internal Compliance Program (ENT-GCD-RGC-EP-054) to further your understanding of Seminole's compliance program and your duties and responsibilities in the SOM. Physical Requirements Must be able to follow established protective measures including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE). Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report. Working Conditions Some travel and work outside of normal business hours. Occasional travel to business meetings and remote facilities, including power plants, pipelines, gas storage facilities and related business offices may be required. While working in certain areas of the plant there is the potential for exposure to hazards typical of an industrial working environment. General Laborer/ Inmate Supervisor I

MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Under general supervision of the Solid Waste Director, performs limited supervisory and manual labor work for the Solid Waste Department. This position requires supervising and assisting an inmate work squad in obtaining and disposing of refuse and debris from County Facilities and Collection Sites and mowing, weed eating and landscape maintenance. Must be able to safely operate a County van with trailer attached. Attend safety meetings as required. Attend and complete provided training for Animal Control and perform on-call Animal Control Services, including feeding and watering animals at the County shelter. Knowledge of loading configurations and AMS2750 requirements for furnaces and locations of job aides. Assists operators in setting up their equipment and maintenance of tooling. Operates small cranes and fork-lifts to move equipment, parts and material. Data entry/confirmation of the required quality documentation. Reporting and monitoring of abnormal production time per production step. Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment and tools. Following Environmental Health and Safety regulations while working in fast pace environment. Continually improving operations and the working environment through 5s methodology. Independently carry out assigned technician work and independently correct non-conforming hardware during the reconditioning process where applicable. Minimal experience in thermal spray booth operations under direct supervision. Training of all entry level technicians for coating prep, braze and heat treatment. Set-up and installation of brazing equipment according to process requirements. Execution of brazing requirements on gas turbine components as per the required technical specification for joining and putty braze. Experience with grinding and blasting of components for braze preparation according specification. Advise and / or participate in the design and fabrication of brazing tools and fixtures as required. The Senior Project Engineer is accountable for all technical and commercial aspects of large and complex investment projects. Execution will be completed safely, timely, on budget and per the agreed scope and functionality. Cooperates and communicates actively with the project stakeholders such as plant managers and business leaders to ensure alignment in all stages of the project. The typical budget is $1M to $20M, and consists of various unit operations including material handling, abatement systems, utilities and electrical controls. Sr Maintenance Technician- Labeler The Sr. Maintenance Technician ensures equipment uptime through timely, in-depth troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures.
