Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator. 4. Review & ensure call light procedures with resident and secure for easy access. 5. Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors. 6. Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident promptly. 7. Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to maintain current certification as a Nursing Assistant. 8. Review the resident’s plan of care prior to shift start for special devices and equipment changes. 9.
