This role assists in developing financial plans and forecasts and analyzing operational results, with primary responsibility for expense processing, inventory monitoring and reporting, standard cost revisions, and the operating budget. Contribute to the execution of engineering projects, including process validations, capacity analysis, and production trials under the direction of senior engineers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new manufacturing technologies and process changes. Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing process efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall production outcomes. Support Lean Manufacturing principles and other improvement methodologies. Assist in the creation of training programs for operators and design engineers on process curriculum. Enforce safety protocols, 5S practices, standard work, and compliance with operational policies. Support cross-training, and upskilling of team members in partnership with Learning & Development. Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation for issues impacting quality, delivery, or safety. COMPETENCIES: Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD). SUMMARY Provides professional materials planning and scheduling support to the organization including close coordination with Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing departments. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain all MRP or applicable scheduling systems pertaining to the management and scheduling activities required for work order and capacity planning.
