What We’re Looking For * Three to five years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience. * At least one to three years of supervisory or team leadership experience. * Experience in catering, events, hospitality, or another deadline-driven environment is strongly preferred. * Working knowledge of inventory management, warehouse workflows, order fulfillment, and logistics coordination. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining productivity and accuracy. * Detail-oriented approach to inventory tracking, pulling, packing, and event preparation. * Ability to remain calm, flexible, and solutions-focused when priorities change. * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for the previous two years. * ServSafe Manager certification and forklift certification, or the ability to obtain both. * Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered. Schedule and Work Environment The typical schedule for this position is *Tuesday through Saturday*. Because our business revolves around events, flexibility is required. Early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours may occasionally be necessary based on event schedules and seasonal volume. This is an active, hands-on warehouse leadership position. The role requires frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, loading, unloading, and moving throughout the workday.
