The Role This is *not a typical warehouse job*. We're hiring *one person* to run our entire warehouse, reporting directly to the owner. We need someone who can wear multiple hats and do whatever the day calls for — hands-on, organized, and able to work without someone standing over them. We're a growing company, and as we grow, this role grows with you. The right person will move into a Warehouse Manager position as we add staff. *If you want a real career, not just a paycheck, this is that opportunity.* What the Job Involves * Unloading incoming shipping containers (palletized and floor-loaded) * Receiving product into our warehouse management system and putting away to pallet racking using forklift and electric pallet jack * Building outbound shipments — palletize, label cartons, label pallets * Picking, packing, and shipping orders for online and wholesale customers * Loading outbound LTL and parcel freight * Driving our 26-foot box truck for occasional local deliveries * Keeping accurate inventory counts and using our WMS for every transaction * Maintaining a clean, organized, safe warehouse * Flagging problems early — short shipments, damaged product, low stock — before they become bigger problems Who We're Looking For * *Hardworking* — comfortable on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse * *Comfortable with basic computer and tablet use* — you'll use our WMS to record what comes in and goes out; we'll train you on the system, but you need to be at ease using a tablet or computer day to day * *Basic math skills* — you'll be counting inventory, pallet quantities, and case counts; the numbers need to be right * *Detail-oriented* — you can follow written procedures and double-check your own work * *Honest, reliable, and accountable* — the warehouse and all inventory are your responsibility. Every receipt, transfer, and shipment is recorded in our WMS, and you will be expected to account for any discrepancies. We run a fully tracked operation. * *Self-directed* — you don't need someone standing over you; once you know the job, you run it * *Forklift experience* — required, or trainable with prior heavy equipment experience * *Valid Florida driver's license with clean record* — you'll be driving our 26' truck (non-CDL) What We Offer * *$20–24/hour based on experience*, plus *quarterly performance bonus* and *year-end bonus* * Full-time stable hours, Monday–Friday * Direct relationship with the owner — no bureaucracy, no politics * Real path to Warehouse Manager as we grow * A role where what you do actually matters How to Apply *We are interviewing immediately and ready to hire the right person right away.* Send your resume and a short note telling us *why this job is right for you*. Applications without a note will not be considered — we want to hear from people who actually read the posting and want this specific role. Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Application Question(s): * Do you have a valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record? * Are you comfortable driving a 26-foot box truck (Non CDL) for occasional local deliveries? * Do you have experience operating a forklift? * In a few sentences, why is this job right for you? * How many years of warehouse experience do you have, and what kind of work did you do? * Have you ever held a job where your supervisor wasn't on-site and you were responsible for running the operation on your own? If yes, briefly describe. Work Location: In person
