We sell ghost-hunting and paranormal research equipment to customers around the world, as well as operate *GhoSt Augustine* here in historic St. Augustine. We're a small, established local business where everyone plays an important role. What You'll Be Doing No two days are exactly alike. Depending on what's happening, you may: * Receive incoming merchandise, check shipments, and enter products into inventory * Help maintain accurate and organized inventory * Pick, pack, and ship customer orders * Prepare, label, and pack inventory for shipment to *Amazon FBA* * Inspect customer returns and process returned products * Assist with invoices, receipts, filing, and basic office bookkeeping * Create and maintain spreadsheets and business records * Respond to questions from our customers digitally and over the phone * Help create and post content for social media * Assist with product photos, promotions, and other creative projects * Keep our office, inventory, and work areas neat and organized * Help with other day-to-day projects - new tasks can and will evolve most likely We'll train the right person. Qualifications * Good general computer skills * Comfortable creating and working with spreadsheets * Comfortable with word-processing programs, email, and online systems * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Good written and verbal communication skills * Able to work independently after training * Dependable and punctual * Previous office, administrative, e-commerce, shipping, inventory, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful but not necessarily required Experience with *Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, social media, e-commerce, inventory systems, or bookkeeping* is a plus—but we are happy to train a great person who is eager to learn. Hours & Schedule *Part-Time: Approximately 15–20 hours per week to start - this can grow to more hours and Full-Time - if you have that desire.* We're big in our field but we are still a small but well-established business where your work matters and your ideas can actually be heard. You'll get exposure to many different parts of a business—from e-commerce and Amazon to shipping, inventory, customer service, social media, and the paranormal industry.
