Description: Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be required to perform computer inventory control for Customer owned computer systems, use proper phone and email etiquette, and conduct office duties in accordance to the facility’s process-oriented environment according to PTL’s requirements. The ideal candidate will be sociable, process oriented, demonstrate an attention to detail and effective communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Managing customer entries and inventories systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely communication with customers. Coordinating shipments as necessary, liaising between customers and logistics teams to facilitate efficient transportation. Scaling in and out trucks while completing proper documentation, adhering to regulatory and company standards. Utilizing basic math skills to calculate quantities, weights, and measurements accurately. Following checklists meticulously and completing them properly after training, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures. Performing house keeping duties, including cleaning bathrooms, break rooms, disposing of trash, and maintaining office equipment and furniture as assigned by management. Complying with cross-training to fulfill duties to another customer’s commodity requirements. Responding to incidents within the extend of training received, participating in practiced mock drills, and reporting all incidents promptly. Demonstrating proper phone and email etiquette, as well as professionalism in-person interactions with customers and colleagues. Ability to work effectively with different types of personalities, maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. #ZR Requirements: Qualifications: Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time, as the role involved varied tasks requiring both. Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English, including documentation and incident reporting. High school diploma or equivalent. Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, managing time and tasks efficiently under pressure. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and dependability in completing assigned tasks. Additional Requirements: Willingness to undergo hands on supervised training. Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays as needed. Participation in daily safety meetings.
