ROLE SUMMARY: Our Supply group is responsible for brewing, packaging and shipping the famous Budweiser beer. They also oversee aluminum can manufacturing, barley fields, hop farms and a rice mill. This leader will have a group of direct reports that are responsible for the sustainability of their processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and support safety initiatives and awareness in assigned areas Foster ownership for the use of VPO tools to sustain and improve assigned area’s KPIs. Responsible for the Safety, Quality, Production and Cost performance of assigned area Schedules and manages Maintenance Tasks at the plant level (Trials, major breakdowns, plant shutdown, and take advantage of unplanned downtime) Responsible for leading area PDCA/ITF initiatives Lead area team engagement initiatives and drive Team Member led engagement Responsible for managing contractor and vendor labor within the Operations department. Provide technical leadership to solve medium to long range process-based problems in a specific area of operations Track and report on equipment uptime, maintenance specific metrics, and cost performance and initiate processes to control costs Analyze raw material usage data and coordinate with line owners to identify usage trends and to develop performance improvement initiatives Champion Equipment Good Operating Practices (GOPs) Lead learning and development initiatives to improve the technical knowledge and skill set of operators and technicians within area of expertise.
