Provide Hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, storm water detention/retention design, and erosion/sediment control plans. Coordinate design of storm water facilities with other disciplines. Provide utility coordination and permit development. Prepare quantity calculations, cost estimates, and specifications final design phase. Execute technical tasks and design teams (including responsibilities for technical teams, budget, and schedule) which may include quality control reviews. Provide estimates of effort for technical tasks. Author technical documents. Provide construction observation as needed. Qualifications Technical Skills: Experience with Microstation Connection Edition, Open Roads Designer (ORD) and FDOT Connect Workspace, highly desired. Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D, desirable. Experience with Hydrologic and Hydraulic modeling in ICPR4, HEC-HMS, SWMM and similar software, desirable. Experience with ORD Drainage and Utilities, Geopak Drainage, ASAD and similar hydraulic design software, required.
