Monitor current or prospective occupational health hazards and assist in mitigation plans. Support the department in the monitoring, documentation, and state reporting of workers’ compensation claims. Maintain, organize, and safeguard employee health records with the highest standards of confidentiality. Provide health and safety education to employees in both formal and informal settings. Provide day-to-day administrative support including mail, correspondence, recordkeeping, and answering incoming phone calls. Keep employee health files updated, accurate, and compliant with all regulatory standards.
